Two weeks ago, 21 colleagues and I went to try Pizza Electric. The staff welcomed us with smile, food was a perfection, and we loved every part of that evening. Let's jump to the review now: - Dough: the curst was baked to perfection, with a balance of crispness and fluffiness, and just right in the middle. I have to emphasize here that the bottom was well backed, which was lacking in other pizza places Their oven is less common in the world of pizza, it uses green electricity! isn't it amazing? It can fit 6 Pizzas at the same time with balanced temperature distributed to the surface. - Tomato Sauce: an incredible fresh tomato sauce, an original taste of italian pizza sauce. You feel the taste of the pressed raw tomatoes with the right amount of sugar and salt. Tip Top! The fresh basil and the touch of olive oil on top took it to a next level. - Cheese: the fior di latte was sliced into the right thickness, so that the cheese gets to its right melted state after backing it in high temperature. I still remember how I enjoyed my fight against the hot melted mozzarella. Of course I won in the end ^^ - Place/Service: getting to serve 22 people at the same time can be challenging and stressful, but the staff managed and delivered pretty well, from service to food. They were so friendly and generous. I saw the passion sparkling on their eyes, they were doing everything with love and they were so happy to have us. Overall note: 5 stars for the Pizza - 5 stars for the place I highly recommand this place and to give it a shot. I would suggest you to better eat on site than getting the pizza delivered. They also sell a different kind of pizza, similar to the roman style, a sour dough foccacia/Pizza. I preferred the other one though. By far, this place became one of my favorites here in Hamburg.
